For GP.Invest, the commitment to quality always begins with the developer’s direct presence on the construction site. This presence reflects responsibility, a collaborative spirit, and a firm determination to pursue the highest standards from the very first phase of the project.

At the June site meeting of the Evergreen Estate project, the Chairman of GP.Invest along with the company’s Board of Directors directly inspected the site and worked with the Project Management Board, consulting units, and contractors. Construction progress, implementation quality, labor safety, and core tasks for the upcoming phase were thoroughly reviewed to ensure every category operates in alignment with the set goals.

Throughout many years of development, GP.Invest has maintained regular on-site briefing meetings as a core project management principle. Every evaluation is grounded in site reality. Every decision is strictly tied to progress, quality, and implementation efficiency.

This management approach helps identify potential issues early on the field, allows remedial plans to be aligned and approved immediately, and maintains a seamless sense of responsibility among all participating parties. More importantly, it guarantees that the standards set from the beginning are consistently realized in every single construction category. Behind every structure are thousands of tasks executed daily. Behind each progress milestone is the seamless coordination of multiple units and individuals, all striving toward one common goal: creating values that sustainably endure over time.

Following 5 months of rigorous construction, Evergreen Estate has recorded multiple positive milestones. The project has successfully completed approximately 208,000 $m^3$ of site leveling, deployed 545 meters of reinforced concrete revetment for the central lake, finished asphalt concrete paving on three main roads, and accelerated foundation beam construction at blocks LK07 and LK10.

These emerging components showcase the project’s synchronized implementation speed. Technical infrastructure is being completed step-by-step. Key landscape elements are starting to take shape. The foundation for a modern urban township is being built with meticulous preparation and strict control processes. Every completed workload contributes to actualizing the vision of a methodically invested urban township—one that develops in harmony with nature and brings long-term living values to the future residential community.

For GP.Invest, a high-quality building is always constructed upon the solid foundations of in-depth planning, actual implementation capacity, and an absolute sense of responsibility throughout every development phase.

The presence of the Board of Directors on the construction site transcends symbolic meaning. It is an integral part of the execution culture that GP.Invest has sustained for many years. Every commitment is translated into concrete action. Every standard is verified by real-world results. From its very first projects, GP.Invest remains dedicated to a development philosophy that places quality at the core, execution discipline as the foundation, and sustainable value as the final destination. This is because every project shaped today will become a part of the urban landscape for decades to come. And every decision made on-site actively shapes those enduring values.
