Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep

Chairman of the Board of Directors of GP.Invest

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep is the Founder and the driving force behind GP.Invest’s nearly 20-year journey of sustainable development. With extensive experience in construction and real estate, he has played a pivotal role in establishing GP.Invest as a reputable developer, contributing to its strong position within Vietnam’s real estate market.

With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Hiep has held several senior leadership positions in leading enterprises. He previously served as Co-founder and Deputy General Director of Vinaconex Corporation, as well as General Director of Constrexim Investment and Import-Export Construction Company. From 2007 to June 2026, he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of GP.Invest.

In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors (VACC), where he has contributed to strengthening industry collaboration and supporting the development of Vietnam’s construction sector.

Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Mr. Hiep is recognized as a respected industry expert with deep professional insight. He has actively contributed to the development of legal frameworks and policy discussions relating to real estate and construction in Vietnam.

With sustained contributions over decades, Mr. Hiep is widely regarded as one of the key figures in Vietnam’s construction and real estate industry.

Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung

General Director of GP.Invest

Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung has been appointed by the Board of Directors of GP.Invest as General Director, effective from July 1, 2026.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The American University (USA), graduated in 2010, and a Master’s degree in Financial Real Estate.

He joined GP.Invest in 2016 as Executive Assistant to the General Director, where he was directly involved in the management and operation of key projects within the company. From 2019 to June 2026, he served as Deputy General Director in charge of Investment Strategy and Construction, playing a pivotal role in project strategy development, execution planning, and construction quality control.

During his tenure, he proposed the design concept and directly oversaw the development of The Nine at 9 Pham Van Dong – one of GP.Invest’s landmark developments, widely recognized by the market as an iconic modern architectural project at the western gateway of Hanoi. He also initiated the adoption of the international LEED green building standard within GP.Invest’s development strategy, starting with the Evergreen Estate in Lang Son, marking the company’s transition toward sustainable, eco-friendly urban development aligned with global standards.

With a strong background in real estate finance, innovative thinking, and solid project management capabilities, he has contributed to delivering distinctive design solutions, optimizing investment efficiency, and ensuring construction progress and quality in line with high standards.

Mr. Tran Van Canh

Deputy General Director in charge of Investment Preparation

Mr. Tran Van Canh currently serves as Deputy General Director in charge of investment preparation at GP.Invest, playing a key role in ensuring the legal compliance and investment efficiency of the company’s projects. As one of the first personnel to accompany GP.Invest since its establishment in 2007, he has made significant contributions, helping the company overcome initial challenges and laying a solid foundation for its strong development today.

Before joining GP.Invest, Mr. Tran Van Canh worked for many years at the Vietnam Construction and Trade Investment Corporation (Constrexim Holding), where he gained extensive experience in construction law and the legal system in Vietnam. His in-depth knowledge of the law and outstanding capabilities have been instrumental in ensuring the legal integrity of GP.Invest’s projects, while also enabling swift and accurate completion of investment procedures.

In his leadership role at GP.Invest, Mr. Tran Van Canh has made substantial contributions to strategy formulation, resource optimization, and increasing the value of GP.Invest’s projects.

Mrs. Hoang Thi Anh Thu

Deputy General Director in charge of Business Development

Mrs. Hoang Thi Anh Thu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Belgium).

In her role as Deputy General Director in charge of Sales at GP.Invest, she plays a key role in driving sales activities and managing the leasing of commercial and office space across the company’s developments.

Prior to joining GP.Invest, she accumulated nearly 20 years of experience at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), where she held various senior management positions, including Deputy Director of the Trade Finance Center. Her extensive expertise in banking and finance, combined with strong commercial management capabilities, has enabled her to make significant contributions to GP.Invest.

She is also among the few Asian executives to have completed the Advanced Management Program at the Swedish Institute in 2021. With a strong foundation in sustainable business management and responsible leadership, she has contributed meaningfully to shaping GP.Invest’s sustainable development strategy while enhancing the company’s brand value and market reputation in Vietnam’s real estate sector.

Mr. Le Minh Thang

Deputy General Director in charge of Construction

Mr. Le Minh Thang has been appointed by the Board of Directors of GP.Invest as Deputy General Director in charge of Construction, effective from July 1, 2026.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.

With more than 30 years of experience in project management and construction execution, he has been involved in the delivery of numerous large-scale real estate developments, ranging from high-rise buildings to integrated urban townships, building a strong foundation of technical expertise and practical management capability.

Prior to his appointment, he served as Project Director of The Nine (2018–2022) and Project Director of Palm Manor (2023–June 2026). In these roles, he was directly responsible for organizing, coordinating, and closely overseeing project implementation, including schedule management, construction quality control, safety assurance, technical execution, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Throughout his tenure at GP.Invest, he has been recognized as an experienced and decisive manager with a strong emphasis on construction discipline. Under his leadership, projects have been implemented in accordance with approved development directions, ensuring progress, quality, and efficiency even during periods of market volatility and on-site challenges.
