GP.Invest Hands Over First Phase of Palm Manor Ahead of Schedule.

The investor, GP.Invest, has officially handed over the first batch of homes at the Palm Manor project, completing the process one month ahead of the committed schedule.

The handover ceremony took place at the end of November. In addition to early home handovers, Palm Manor also delivered land use right certificates (commonly known as red books) to several residents and initiated the issuance process for 143 additional lots during the event. According to the developer—Global Property Investment Joint Stock Company (GP.Invest)—this effort reaffirms the brand’s credibility and commitment to delivering high-quality constructions on time while ensuring legal rights for its residents.

At the event, the developer also announced that Palm Manor was honored with the “Most Livable Project of 2024” award, presented as part of a program organized by Dien dan Doanh nghiep magazine under the direction of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Covering over 56.4 hectares, with 77% of the area dedicated to greenery, lakes, and service amenities such as a meditation garden, landscape ponds, and internal parks, Palm Manor offers a lush, green living environment that allows residents to be immersed in nature.

At Palm Manor, GP.Invest has applied a phased rolling construction approach, ensuring synchrony in traffic infrastructure, landscaping, modern amenities, and residential units right from the first handover phase.

The developer has also implemented 5G coverage across the entire project, optimizing convenience and fulfilling residents’ demand for 24/7 internet connectivity. This infrastructure forms the basis for integrating future smart living services at the development.

Palm Manor is also among the first projects in Phu Tho to implement a premium property management model from the moment of handover. In an environment meticulously maintained by a team of professional stewards, residents will enjoy high-end services, from infrastructure maintenance and landscaping to 24/7 security assurance.

“We aim to bring sustainable living values to the Palm Manor community and make the project a symbol of a new lifestyle in Phu Tho,” shared the developer.
