On July 21, GP.Invest held the groundbreaking ceremony for its upcoming urban development project in Dong Kinh Ward, Lang Son Province (formerly Mai Pha Commune, Lang Son City). The event marked a significant milestone, kicking off one of the company’s key projects for the 2025–2028 period, with the goal of contributing to the region’s urban growth and enhancing local quality of life.

The project is expected to be officially launched, with a full groundbreaking ceremony, in September 2025.
