On November 21, Mr. Tran Duy Dong – Chairman of the Phu Tho People’s Committee – made an official visit to Palm Manor, one of the province’s most anticipated urban developments. Joining the delegation were leaders from key provincial departments, including Mr. Tran Viet Cuong – Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mrs. Duong Hoang Huong – Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; along with leaders from the Departments of Finance, Construction, Agriculture & Environment, Industry & Trade, Justice, Health, Education & Training, and the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee.
During the visit, Mr. Dong highly appreciated GP.Invest’s dedication, professionalism, and results-driven approach to project implementation. He noted that Palm Manor is being developed with strong momentum, high construction quality, and well-planned infrastructure – matching the province’s vision for a modern, vibrant urban area.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep, Chairman of GP.Invest, provided an in-depth update on overall progress, while also raising several challenges related to site clearance and legal procedures. He proposed a number of solutions to help accelerate remaining processes and keep the project on track for upcoming phases.
Wrapping up the working session, Mr. Dong requested relevant departments and local authorities to quickly review and resolve outstanding issues, ensuring the rights of residents while creating the necessary conditions for GP.Invest to continue implementing the project smoothly. He also urged Gp.Invest to complete the required legal procedures and promptly submit documents for approval of Phase 2, enabling the project to move forward and become a new highlight in Phu Tho’s urban landscape.
