Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Hiệp is the founder and driving force behind GP.Invest throughout its nearly 20-year journey of sustainable growth. With extensive experience in construction and real estate, he has shaped GP.Invest into a reputable, fast-growing brand and a leading name in Vietnam’s property market.

With more than 40 years in the construction sector, Mr. Hiệp has held several key leadership roles at prominent enterprises. He was a co-founder and Deputy General Director of Vinaconex, and later served as General Director of Constrexim Construction and Import-Export Company. Since 2007, he has been Chairman of the Board and CEO of GP.Invest. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors (VACC), where his leadership has helped the association operate more effectively, supporting contractors and contributing to the overall development of Vietnam’s construction industry.

Beyond these major positions, Mr. Hiệp is also widely regarded as a respected expert with deep industry insight. He frequently provides input on legal frameworks and participates in drafting policies related to the real estate sector.

Through his long-standing dedication and influence, Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Hiệp has become one of the most prominent figures in Vietnam’s construction and real estate landscape.

Mr. Tran Van Canh currently serves as Deputy General Director in charge of investment preparation at GP.Invest, playing a key role in ensuring the legal compliance and investment efficiency of the company’s projects. As one of the first personnel to accompany GP.Invest since its establishment in 2007, he has made significant contributions, helping the company overcome initial challenges and laying a solid foundation for its strong development today.

Before joining GP.Invest, Mr. Trần Văn Cảnh worked for many years at the Vietnam Construction and Trade Investment Corporation (Constrexim Holding), where he gained extensive experience in construction law and the legal system in Vietnam. His in-depth knowledge of the law and outstanding capabilities have been instrumental in ensuring the legal integrity of GP.Invest’s projects, while also enabling swift and accurate completion of investment procedures.

In his leadership role at GP.Invest, Mr. Trần Văn Cảnh has made substantial contributions to strategy formulation, resource optimization, and increasing the value of GP.Invest’s projects.

Mr. Nguyen Tri Dzung is the Vice CEO in charge of Investment Strategy & Construction Execution at GP.Invest. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The American University in the United States.

After graduation, Mr. Nguyen Tri Dzung returned to Vietnam and began working at GP.Invest in 2016 as an Assistant to the CEO. Since 2019, he has served as the Deputy General Director responsible for Investment Strategy & Construction Execution.

During his time at GP.Invest, he has been involved in managing and overseeing several significant projects, contributing to the company’s growth and success. He was the mastermind behind the design concept and was responsible for managing the construction execution of The Nine Project (No. 9 Pham Van Dong), one of GP.Invest’s most prominent projects, recognized in the market as a symbol of modern architecture at the western gateway of the capital.

With his creative mindset, spirit of innovation, and effective project management skills, Mr. Nguyen Tri Dzung has implemented breakthrough design solutions, strictly managed progress, and ensured construction quality, delivering unique works that meet high standards of aesthetics and investment returns.

Ms. Hoang Thi Anh Thu – Master of Business Administration, Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Belgium).

As Deputy General Director in charge of Business Development at GP.Invest, Ms. Hoang Thi Anh Thu plays a key role in implementing sales strategies and managing the leasing of commercial spaces and offices in the company’s projects. She joined GP.Invest in 2014 as the Head of Real Estate Sales and quickly demonstrated her ability to build and execute effective business strategies. In 2017, she was appointed Deputy General Director of Business Development at GP.Invest.

Prior to joining GP.Invest, Ms. Hoang Thi Anh Thu accumulated nearly 20 years of experience at Vietcombank, holding various leadership roles, including Deputy Director of the Trade Finance Center. Her combination of extensive financial experience and exceptional business management skills has allowed her to make significant contributions at GP.Invest.

Ms. Hoang Thi Anh Thu is one of the few Asian leaders to graduate from the Swedish Institute’s Senior Management Program in 2021. With her comprehensive training in sustainable business management and responsible leadership, she has played a vital role in shaping GP.Invest’s sustainable development strategy while enhancing the company’s reputation and brand value in the Vietnamese real estate market.
