As one of the key urban projects in Lạng Sơn Province, Evergreen Estate holds significance not only in terms of investment scale or socio-economic development value but also as an integral part of the locality’s orientation to build a new urban face. Throughout the implementation process, the project has always received close attention and direction from provincial leaders, along with the coordination of departments, sectors, and local authorities, in order to gradually realize the set development goals. On the afternoon of June 10, 2026, Comrade Nguyễn Cảnh Toàn – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lạng Sơn Provincial People’s Committee, presided over a program to inspect the implementation progress of the Evergreen Estate project. Attending the working session were representatives of departments, sectors, local authorities, and related units.
At the program, Mr. Nguyễn Trí Dũng – Deputy General Director of GP.Invest, representing the investor, reported on the project implementation status and results achieved in recent times. Accordingly, measurement and inventory work has now been completed on an area of over 30 hectares; site clearance has reached nearly 24 hectares. Parallel to that, technical infrastructure items for phase 1 are being deployed synchronously, achieving about 35% of the implementation volume. Resources have been concentrated on the construction of many important items such as ground leveling work, the internal traffic system, the drainage system, landscape lake revetment, and the construction of row house foundations. The simultaneous deployment of multiple items demonstrates the investor’s determination in ensuring progress and gradually completing the infrastructure foundation for the future urban area.
Beside the positive results, the investor’s representative also frankly reported on some contents needing continued coordination for resolution, particularly related to site clearance work and technical infrastructure connection. These are interdisciplinary issues requiring accompaniment and support from functional agencies for the project to be implemented smoothly, ensuring it stays on the set plan. After hearing the report and directly inspecting the field at the construction site, provincial leaders acknowledged the investor’s efforts in organizing project implementation. The spirit of methodical investment, seriousness in performing legal procedures, as well as the determination to accelerate construction progress, were assessed as important factors creating the foundation for the project’s long-term development. At the working session, provincial leaders simultaneously directed departments, sectors, and local authorities to continue strengthening coordination with the investor, focusing on resolving existing difficulties and obstacles in a spirit that is drastic, synchronous, and in compliance with legal regulations. The common goal is to create favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, maximize investment efficiency, and contribute positively to the urban development process of Lạng Sơn Province.
