Across the entire construction site, the project has been deployed synchronously, systematically, and continuously. Expediting Construction Progress Project-Wide
Throughout 2025, Palm Manor maintained a high construction tempo with the regular presence of 350–400 staff, engineers, and workers operating continuously on site. Construction management has been strictly controlled to ensure safety, quality, and the timeline for every category, from technical infrastructure to landscaping and residential construction.
As a result, the project achieved several major milestones, clearly reflecting GP.Invest’s practical execution capabilities and professionalism as a developer.
Completing Infrastructure: The Foundation for a Synchronized Urban Area
One of Palm Manor’s standout highlights in 2025 was the completion of ground leveling across a 22-hectare area, creating a vital foundation for the synchronized implementation of infrastructure and residential construction.
In parallel, the internal landscaping and transportation systems saw intensive investment and completion, including:

Accelerating Housing Construction, Ready for Resident Handover
Alongside infrastructure, residential construction at Palm Manor was also vigorously implemented. By the end of 2025, the project had commenced construction on 450 out of 678 units, of which 350 units were fully completed and eligible for handover to residents.
These homes are constructed according to uniform standards in architecture, technical specifications, and finishing quality, ensuring a comfortable and safe living space suited to the long-term settlement needs of local residents and young families in Phu Tho.

Entering 2026, GP.Invest continues to push forward with the deployment of Palm Manor with the goal of finalizing the entirety of Phase 1, while simultaneously investing in the construction of key landmark facilities to gradually form a complete utility ecosystem for the urban area.
